Query Failed for accessing Lightfall pre-order bonus.

I pre-ordered the Lightfall Deluxe edition today, and I've had no success in downloading what Bungie calls an 'instant' bonus: the emblem, emote, ghost and Quicksilver Storm. Is this related to the maintenance downtime or something else? My connection is solid, so I can rule that out. Thoughts?
