Game share is a platform feature, and is not supported by Bungie. The only guaranteed way to unlock pre-order bonuses for your characters is to purchase the Lightfall + Annual Pass on your own account.

I think you misunderstand. I own it on my personal account. No other accounts, which I also own, can access the content on this Xbox. I should contact Microsoft then?
