I disagree. Your account broke the rules (multiple times) back when it was known that multiple restrictions for connection issues would result in permanent restrictions.

No it was not “known” it’s bold of you to assume I know anything of the outside world and ESPECIALLY destiny of all things in the world when I was fresh out of boot camp dude, there’s no way I could’ve known, I was not playing for months prior to the ban either I’m just looking for help, and at the end of the day my restriction should not be permanent, my connection issues are fixed because I’m at my ultimate duty station. They need to ban the cheaters and revert the permanent restrictions because this is ridiculous that I can’t access half of the game, and I have not intent to cheat or ruin peoples games. The connection issue is resolved and a temporary problem does not require a permanent solution like this restriction

Wrong. It was known. It was mentioned in the restrictions policy (which you were told to look over each time you were issued a restriction). Just because you didn’t read it doesn’t mean the information wasn’t available for you to read/understand. As for cheaters, those are getting banned….albeit, maybe not as fast as some would like.

In that sense yes it was known then, and my apologies I misinterpreted it as you claiming it was common knowledge (which it may have been) but I was in boot camp completely cut off so I couldn’t have known prior I just would really like this to get to bungie and be resolved so I can enjoy the game especially since I’ve payed 200+ dollars on expansions since the restriction and I feel SO ripped off since I can’t play a good portion of the content
