Does necrotic grips and scorch DoT stack?
In pvp does scorch from a solar melee like incinerator snap stack with the DoT from necrotic grips. Say if they are both applied do they do tick damage simultaneously? I have been testing this for pvp and the results have been so inconsistent, can someone tell me or help me out?
