No, you can still get it as loot after a PvP match and from Shaxx directly, I've still got quite a few this season. Of course the newer guns will drop much more frequently.

I see. I'm getting like dozens [i](for real!)[/i] SMGs so far but I've seen only 3 bad rolled Frozen Orbit. Hope my luck will improve. Thanks =)
