Taka gets up and brushes himself off, then looks around to get a better feel for his surroundings.

He’s in the middle of a dense forest. The moon sits dim overhead
-
Concerned but trying his best not to panic, he stretches his wings and tries to fly above the tree cover.
-
He manages to fly just above the tree line, but something prevents him from going much further. All around him is a trench of forest. A bird circled above him.
-
“Well -blam!- you too little guy.” He scowls at the bird overhead, picks a random direction, and flies that way.
-
He flies, the crescent moon sitting above him. The bird seems to follow.
-
“Wait a second…” He looks back at the moon, checking its shape.
-
It sits as a crescent. The bird looks down to him.
-
“That was a full moon a second ago… Well what do you want, ya feathered flucker?”
-
The bird lets out a caw, and flies directly at him!
-
Taka flinches and -blam!- to the side, trying to make space. “Whoa hey there, slow down a sec!”
-
It flies over him and pecks at his head. “-blam!-!”
-
He descends a little and covers his head with his arms. "Well that's just-wait don't tell me you're gonna parrot whatever I say."
-
It caws, and slashes it’s talons at his arms

-
He grabs a wing, and the bird lets out a pained caw.
-
"Oh don't you start." He holds on and glides down to the ground to get a better look at the bird.
-
As he glides down, the bird lets out a final loud caw, and poofs into shadow.
-
"Motherfu-" He lands and grumbles, and looks around for any sign of more wildlife or landmarks.
-
There seems to be nothing, besides the woods and half moon.
-
Taka grumbles to himself and tends to the cuts on his arms before flying off again.
-
Up in the sky, a cold wind starts to blow through. The leaves all love in different directions
-
Taka sighs, a little frustrated and slightly more concerned. He picks a random direction and flies that way.
-
It just seems to be endless forest. He can hear a wolf howl in the distance.
-
“Great, more creepy wildlife.” He continues flying.
-
He sees what seems to be a flock of birds in the distance.
