can literally just pull it from collections...its not rare at all.

No you can't, While the shell in collection looks identical to the one achieved through this method... The glitched shells unique nature is the fact that it maintains a damaged animation that was only present for the 1st campaign mission of red war. If you've never seen it before, it looks as if you had just caught your ghost peeing on the carpet and you're now scolding it.
