yes i pre ordered the game before there was even testers i became a tester even bought every dlc originally on xbox and transferred to pc when it came out and bought everything there which been the same account since i was a tester, i did think of that but when cross save was a thing i bought every dlc right then before i even connected my account i even switched back to xbox and tried still having the same issue
