Slightly un-nerf arc soul in pvp un-nerf it fully in pve and give a damage bonus on top make. Not sure how to balance amplify in pvp but give it a damage boost in pve maybe make it so if an amplified arc soul kills a target a jolt will hit any target near the one it killed.

if it could just jolt in pve only that would be good enough heck it could be reduced to a one slot aspect
