So I've recently come back to Destiny 2 after (almost) a whole year. I'd like to think I am fairly decent - or was, seeing as the rust is clearly showing and pvp is a lot more...distant than I remember. Lots of ranged fights, more than I remember at least. Tons of peek-and-run playstyles. What changed? Is there anything new in terms of matchmaking, meta, and even build quality? I genuinely feel a bit lost and don't know what works. I've been questioning my own build for the past week. I feel like going through nearly a year's worth of patch notes and updates for pvp-related content is a bit of a never-ending rabbit hole, and I figured it would be better to ask the community.
