Did you go to your Twitch Drop Inventory and click claim after you received the notification that you can claim it? Once you're eligible to receive a drop, you have to claim it on in Twitch's system.

I checked it and it's a no show. It popped up. In twitch on my notifications then I went to redeem it. When it said I had, but then never showed.

Please go to Twitch's site and check your inventory there. If you did claim it, it'll be in your inventory asking you to connect your account. If you didn't claim it, it won't be there. If it's there, and you connect your account, refresh your connection on the Partner's page I linked above.

It only lists the prime gaming rewards from this month

Please note that Twitch Prime Rewards and Twitch Drops are two different things. To view your Twitch Drop Inventory, go here: https://www.twitch.tv/drops/inventory . If you don't see the emblem there, then you didn't claim it within the campaign time period.
