Hello, thanks for posting on the forums.
Have you checked your cross play settings on your Xbox?
I am currently on Xbox and I can inspect clans allow invites, etc etc.
If everything is allowed this might be a temporary bug, so expect a patch soon,
if your looking to join a clan, i would recommend to do it through bungie.net :)
