That is the front of the room. You come in the door and you’re facing the front of the room. That’s where you can also see Saturn. Saturn is in the background since it’s part of the scenery behind what we are focusing on. That being Oryx and the room itself.

I am losing brain cells just interacting with you. I was explaining how backgrounds work. I never said Oryx was there when you first walk in. I was saying he and the room are the main things you focus on and interact with during the encounter.

Yikes. This conversation doesn't warrant vitriol, bud. I'll try to explain this as simply as I can: In relation to my first comment: when you adopt the L/R 1/2 system, nobody thinks L1 & R1 are on the Oryx side. This mindset establishes the orientation of the plates closest to the player when they enter the room as the front side. In relation to my Saturn comment: acknowledging Saturn as being in the background also establishes orientation. The plates closer to the background being the back. See how I did that without name-calling & insisting that you're wrong because I want you to be?
