I know topics were already written up earlier in the week, but after going a few rounds in Mayhem, it's clear that the damage resistance during Arc Staff's dodge is way too high. Supers can't counter it (I don't think even Nighthawk can kill it), and the only time I saw an Arc Staff get deleted was lucky timing - all the big damage hit as he was exiting the dodge and before he could dodge again.
Again, the DR while Arc Staff dodging needs a significant PvP nerf. Not enough to kill the super, but not where it's still an offensive Ward of Dawn.

Considering it can survive direct Tcrash cuirass (Don't know about also surviving the aoe after) I'd assume it can survive a Celestial

Oooooo that's why a TubeNoob Streamer was hiding and moaning he couldnt get a weapon kill till his supers were up and then dodging with his super the whole map trying to find someone.
