If you were banned, you would not be able to play at all, when you load the game it would advise "not so fast...". Connection issues would cause a restriction from playing pvp, which would prompt a splash screen advising of such when you tried to launch pvp or gambit.
If you are getting nat issues, that is all on the network configurations.

Thanks for answer. It's not ban then but as for the Nat thing, we already tried for a couple of hours to solve it last Tuesday, it's more; the link that you have given me was the one that we were looking at and using as a guide but it still did not work. I don't know whether to talk to my company and have them change my Nat to open, if I have it strict. And again, thanks.
