Can't Claim Season Pass rewards
I bought the season pass, it gave me the fusion rifle and says "season pass purchased" but will not let me claim anything past rank two, please fix this. is this happening to anyone else?

Purchased Witch Queen deluxe edition but the season 18 level rewards shows a message that the season pass is required. Reran the first mission with other character and did not skip any of the cinema stuff or conversations. Season pass is still not working

4 RepliesHi there. We are aware of players reporting issues claiming the Plundered Umbral Energy reward from the season pass and are investigating. At this time, try progressing through the seasonal onboarding quest until you reach the Star Chart vendor in the H.E.L.M. then attempt to acquire the reward again.
