From the Netherlands here. I am unable to login as of writing this. Been trying for the past 30 mins and i've even restarted my console and router. I can go online in every game i have installed so it's not a PSN issue. Bungo fix your stuff.

I am from the Netherlands as well and use T-mobile home internet. I was facing the same problem yesterday until, I was able to log in today morning.

Saw 3 reports on an outage website and all were from the Netherlands. This might be a really specific localized issue.
