Nope, too many stat points in the top pool. Most you can have in each pool is +28

Now I get, I think. Everytime I ask for high resilience and either mobility and recovery as +10, I get a 20+ discipline. Can you explain further?

Are we talking about just the event armor here? If so, whatever you choose to be your "Spark of [i]x[/i]" focus when upgrading the armor piece will have a minimum 20 in that corresponding stat. From there it will also look at whatever Armorer Mod you have slotted in your Ghost, which will force at least a 10 in whatever stat corresponds to that When looking at Legendary armor in general, the stats are divided into two pools for distribution of stat points. Mobility/Resilience/Recovery is one pool, and Discipline/Intellect/Strength is the other. Every stat is always minimum 2, maximum 30. The most stats that can be allocated to either pool is an extra 28 for a total of 34 per pool and at absolute best 68 per armor piece I think the event armor also favors stat spikes, so that may be why you get high Discipline after using your Spark on Resilience and Armor Mod on Mob/Recov, since it still has to find somewhere for those extra stats to go after its done with the top pool Hope that helps
