11 weeks, 33 attempts, no Heartshadow... it is getting ridiculous, Bungie!
so, could I get the Exotic within this season? yes? please?
update: 12th week, 36 runs, still nothing.... yes, I know that thing is not meta.... but how bad of a game design is it, to roll the dice three times a week just to wait for the lucky day... has nothing to do with a loot shooter anymore, when the loot is just luck based and the attempts are limited. this is more the definition of a lottery...

I don’t need it personally. You can have mine if you like. It’s nothing special to be honest but it’s nice to know I have it. Took me 7 runs and I wasn’t trying.

No joke, I was in a party chat yesterday with my team doing Duality and I said "I know I won't get Heartshadow until probably next season, my RNG is just that bad. It doesn't even seem that good." And I ended up getting it. This is going to sound crazy, but they're listening. Do whatever you will with that information.

1 ReplyBecause they know you want it. I got it 3rd run I'm not bothered by it every seasons the same I stop playing for a month I come bk and rng goes nutty absolutely chucks all the must have loot or hard to get stuff at me. The more i play the worse the rng seems to be

You should have bought more stuff in the Bungie store to increase your chances 👍 (Took me 21 completions btw most of which I’d gotten all of the drop buffs too)

8 RepliesBungie wants you to delete your best god roll weapon, to increase your chances. Also, if you put all your lowest light gear you have more chances to get it. And finally, get another vaccine and wash your hands before playing also increases the drop rate I’ve heard.

I didn't play for a week and then did a boss checkpoint as soon as I got on and I got it. *shrugs* Also, I have a lot of completions and not a single red border epicurean or fixed odds.

I got it on my 5th run without completing all the memories. Dont worry you're not missing much

Why should you care. It’s literally a vault filler exotic, especially after they nerfed it. It hasn’t even got another perk lmao. Don’t waste your breath, just use lament.

Yes I agree, if it RNG, then that is even messed up. I got the sword on my first completion and have 3 on 5 completions one on each character. My clan mates that run it with me 3 times a week still do not have their first one.

2 RepliesI've given up on it tbh. One of my clan mates had it drop on our first run and have had more drops since. Was kinda excited about getting the seal for the dungeon but the fact that it effectively depends on RNG of the exotic, just puts me off even wanting to try. (not to mention the changes they made to weapon etc drops in general)
