Have you checked your internet connection? Are you hard-wired? Have you hard reset your router? How old is your router? Did you unplug from the wall for 5 mins your Xbox when you reset?

  • I've restarted my router I have a wireless connection but apparently I fixed it by testing my nat on my Xbox from a friend's suggestion.
