Nope.
All D1 codes expired years ago and you should not have been sold D1 as anything other than the base game.
Bungie can not help you as dlc codes were issued by the platform provider as they are designed to work with their store... also game and dlc licences are controlled by the platform you bought it on not by Bungie.
Your only option is to get a refund and then buy the D1 pack off your console's store.

I figured that. Thanks for the info. Makes sense. I buy big video game lots for my eBay store, so I’m not losing any money on the PS4 D1. I have about 10 copies of PS4 D1 & D2 and 3 for XB1. Just trying to see if my $1 purchase could work instead of buying DLC off of PS Store. I’ve used expired codes before but never got this kind of error code before
