Paid carries and recovs are against CoC. There's a reason alts are used for 99% of the spamming in lfg, and Bungie implemented recently changes to make it harder to spam lfg (though unfortunately it still happens).

And no, this doesn't mean I agree with what the hacking services did, just that you're statement wasn't entirely correct. Paid carries violates the same ToS that the hackers were violating.

Nah trials of the nine was so filled with DDOS, ghost lobbies and recovs that it was killing the PvP player base, meaning less spending on DLC as people left in droves for better managed PvP.

Umm, we haven't had trials of the nine in years. Besides, DDOS, ghost lobbies, and recovs are going to continue even with the hacking service being sued. If you think that caused people to not buy DLC's on consoles which is the largest portion of the player base guess again.
