Paid carrys would mean those people are providing a service for money. Would be classed as self empoyed work? If so, are they paying taxes? Might sound stupid but if I'm right Would actually be illegal? I'm not the most educated person on this topic. Maybe someone can correct me to why I'm wrong?

In the US not reporting income is frowned upon by the IRS. You may not have to pay taxes on it, depending on how much you made, but the IRS determines that. They'd still have to report it on a 1099 or 1040 form.

Here in the UK. You have to legally pay tax if you earn over £1000 a month. Which full time workers do anyway. Basically you pay 20% tax if you earn £12,000-£50,000 a year. So would be interesting to how many UK carrys earn.

I imagine they make pretty good money if they stay in business and pay for the ad space. Back when Luna's/Not Forgotten, Recluse, and Mountaintop were all the rage, I had ads popping up on sites like Amazon saying upwards of $900. If I remember correctly that was per gun, so It's hard to say. There's no market for those guns now, but an Adept raid or trials gun may go for a couple hundred. I stopped using and/or clearing cookies after each session so I don't see ads generated from tracking data anymore. Haven't seen a Recovery ad in over a year.

The IRS does not care about low income anymore. It is not worth their effort to pursue these non-taxpayers because there are others who are earning millions and submitting questionable or fraudulent returns. Moreover, the agency is so understaffed due to budget cuts that were made years ago, that you may have a 90-minute wait on Hold when calling them.

You mean like that time ODB picked up his welfare check in a limo and broadcast it on TV, haha?
