You can only reclaim past seasons if it was the season before current, as of the moment haunted is current making the past season risen that you can claim from, splicer was like 5 season an a dlc ago, to late to claim at this point.

Just replying to this - one of the last patches fixed it. Said something about Hunters not being able to claim items from past seasons. That fix did it.
