I do somewhat agree but this could prove problematic for anyone running low flinch resistance, think Y1 when high cal dominated crucible. They could add a scaler to it so that it deal higher flinch to people with higher resistance.

  • The problem is flinch dealing perks haven't kept up with flinch resistance. For example in 2 different crucible matched I went up against a sniper (multiple times) in one match I ran an explosive round fatebringer and in the other a explosive round hung jury. Despite landing 2-3 crits in a row, the sniper was able to easily head shot me. So tell me how is that fair or make sense? I mean in both cases I'm literally dealing the most amount of flinch you can with a primary.
