If you want to flinch a player, use a handcannon, I'm not joking, HC's are bugged and don't have the flinch they inflict reduced by player building against it, so if you really want to flinch a player, just use a HC.

That's a lie, I played a match were I was running an explosive payload fatebringer and despite being within HC range and landing 2 heads hots in a row, the guy was able to snipe me. This wasn't even a 1 time thing as this happened multiple times through the match were I'd land multiple headshots just to get sniped.. I had a similar thing happen with my adept explosive payload scout in a different match. I'd land multiple crits and end up getting sniped. It's to the point now, that if I come up against a decent sniper I run away and try to flank since I know I won't be able to flinch them enough.

It's to the point now, that if I come up against a decent sniper I run away and try to flank since I know I won't be able to flinch them enough.[/quote] Trust me, it's not a lie, Aztecross (don't know if I spelled it right) actually discovered this shortly after the flinch rework luanched. the problem you experienced was the mechanincs behind how snipers deal with flinch, I'm not the most versed in it, but long story short... the aim assist would bring the gun back right on your head between every shot and let them dome you for free.
