Have you followed the help guides for any error codes Provide full Internet stats this includes up and down speeds (they need to be considered separately), NAT type, data loss rates, signal latency and jitter Are you using WiFi as they are subject to interference. When was the last time you reset your router and then cleared your system's cache to refresh your Internet connection.
