I saw its perks and thought, who cares? Its a gimmick sword just like the Vow exotic is a gimmick gun. There are plenty of other better options for running exotics, especially swords.

It can actually be extremely powerful thanks to the infinite invis and infinite weaken plus the damage it does is higher than anything but Lament though the ammo economy on the sword is annoying

Definitely more geared toward survivability with a side of debuffing rather than the straight damage output provided by Lament, which is good: we need weapon differentiation in a slot that is otherwise underrepresented by Exotic options, especially given that Black Talon and Worldline Zero’s Exotic qualities have largely been duplicated in Legendary swords. Think I’m more likely to use Shadow Heart than Lament in general gameplay if I choose to go with an Exotic sword. As a side note, it’s also nice that the Catalyst increases max ammo alongside the movement speed increase while Invis. (΄◉◞౪◟◉｀)
