Same here can almost get it to work if you preview the one you want to unlock but it won’t actually unlock it.

the same here , cant unlock any ornaments on my character.

Thank God I thought I was the only one. Have u uninstalled and reinstalled to see if it's work? If not I'll do it and come back to let you know how it goes.

I'm experiencing the same problem. Still can't find a solution.

So what’s been working for me is, you preview the ornament you want then hold down the unlock button for a good 20 seconds or more and it eventually unlocks though you may have to try a few times. It just worked for me hope it works for u.
