Bungie already stated on Reddit, that this stuff happens to prevent bugs and losing items during loading sequences of the game. It is a protection feature to protect the player from stuff disappearing or not working.
Never going to go away. Deal with it.

Every games doesnt even allow you to through menus during loading screens. You can deal with a 1second interruption
