This helped me when I couldn't find any other explanation. Got stuck on step 4 (collect iron banner engram) many days ago. Today it is Jan 9th 2023 and this quest is still bugged out. Horribly. I abandoned the quest and got it again.. that fixed the step 4 issue. But then one of the other issues i read about happened to me LOL go figure right?...it said quest completed even though it was step 4 out of 6...and disappeared. Crazy this quest came out supposedly around 2020 or so according to my research.. but yet here we are in 2023 and bungie still hasn't fixed this. Crazy.
