You need to first get the calus mini tool to drop from containment or opulent chests from leviathan. Once it’s in your loot pool you need a total of 5 deepsight mini tools to obtain the pattern. I suggest once you get the weapon to drop.. that you unlock the perk at the crown of sorrow in the helm that allows you to recast opulent weapons. Red borders can drop from that as well.
