Yeah they say that I have to meditate to claim them

I'm having the same issue - I purchased fragments, and am told I need to meditate to claim them. But when I leave her menu system, there's no option to meditate. So the items are stuck with an "!" and I'm unable to claim. Ugh.

Unfortunately I didn't get an official response but it seemed to fix itself after the weekly reset so hopefully you'll be set tomorrow. Try to make sure to do all of the steps in the intended way just to rule out any weird glitches
