Hi there, Thanks for reaching out. Double check that you have the correct Bungie.net account linked to your Prime Gaming account. You can verify if you have successfully linked your Prime Gaming account to your current Bungie.net profile by navigating to Settings > Accounts & Linking, and navigating down to the Authorized Applications section. If you share your Amazon Prime account with anyone else keep in mind that only one reward may be granted per Amazon Prime account. Please also check your Partner Rewards page on your Bungie.net account to see if the reward was claimed successfully. If problems persist we recommend relinking your Twitch Prime and Bungie.net accounts to be ready to receive the next Prime Gaming drop.

 • What if there is no way to relink the account? Mine says prime gaming is revoked. There is no unlink or relink option.

 • Hi again! Just an update, as of June 6th around 8:35 PM (MDT), Amanda Holliday now has all the Prime Gaming loot for me to pick up. I'm not sure what changed from when I logged off two hours prior but I was pleasantly surprised. Whatever y'all did, thank you! -Sol Knightt

 • I saw on Bungie Help's Twitter that something is being investigated (text below). Is this related to the Prime Gaming issue or it is something else entirely?
We are currently investigating reports of issues that may be causing players to encounter missing licenses, delayed Silver purchases, or incorrect Silver balances on their accounts.
• Hello there. As per my post, the Bungie.net profile settings say the Prime Gaming account authorization was revoked. When I go to the Prime Gaming page to claim loot, it says it's already claimed and that the accounts ARE linked. It's very confusing to me. I reached out to Prime Gaming support and they said the loot was claimed but is just waiting for the Bungie account to receive it. As I have no way to unlink/relink from their side, they recommended checking if Bungie could clear the account from your side. As I had already made a post here, I shared the link with Prime Gaming support. After a bit of back & forth, they agreed to open a ticket on their end to investigate. Also, their support mentioned a "cool down period" for linking accounts. Can someone confirm this and how long it is? I cancelled my Prime membership a few months ago and am now on a trial considering renewing. But if this integration is going to force me to wait 6 months between links then it's just not worth it.
