Honestly the best way to do this is to just go into the vanguard playlist and jump strikes until those battlegrounds ones, especially the one on Europa.

Even better. There is a unlimited cabal spawn point in this season's first mission in the hallway after you leave Calus' throne room. No timer, no bullshit, just infinite warbeast and basic cabal soldiers.
