Hey there. I'm sorry to hear this happened to you and your S.O., but it sounds like you unfortunately fell for a convincing scam. Please see this info from Bungie's official careers page:

I'm not sure if Bungie is able to do anything about the scammers, but I could forward this thread to them and see.

I was just hired today from someone at Jobs@bungiecareers.com I had a 4 hour interview and was thrilled as an artist but sometimes it does not feel right so I checked and my gut was right. Sad

We have several gb worth of info/documentation these scammers use and how they operate for anyone who wants it, honestly. We've taken a bit of a hit but it's not irrecoverable, so there's that. It's more disheartening than anything and they're definitely dragging down a company and games she and I both incredibly enjoy. F-ing scammers, amirite? Anyway, if you could pass this their way, I know she and I would feel a lot better. Hoping to hear back from them, not sure what they can do but just to touch base so everyone is informed.
