That is a ‘young ahamkara’s spine’ tripmine, as indicated by the fire glow around it. It takes significantly more to detonate one of those tripmines (it is a main build that i use)
So it’s not that the fusion was not doing damage, it’s just the enhanced tripmine. :)

I disagree. The fusion rifle gave zero damage numbers, but the Vigilance Wing did give damage numbers. Therefore, we can only conclude that the fusion rifle did zero damage.
