RNG, weapon rewards are only guaranteed at Grandmaster level with Platinum Champion Rewards.

I received platinum on a few Legend Nightfalls and none of them dropped a weapon.

Thats bs dude lol you get platinum and usually get nightfall weapon on every difficulty def not every time on lower 2 but at hero 1550 you get it like one every 3 usually this week is double loot ive done 6 now 5 legend and one on hero and gotten zero even with them fixing it to where palindrome dropped

How do you explain me getting exotics every time doing those 5 at 1550? Those are a common drop as well.

That is the nature of RNG. It is the equivalent of rolling digital dice. You may get anything from glimmer, exotics, upgrade mats, and/or the NF weapons. The only difficulty guaranteed a weapon drop is the Grand Master (with platinum). You may get 5 exotics in 13 runs or you could get 5 weapons, or you could get glimmer.
