[i]Apparantly in order to obtain the Harbinger’s Echo sparrow, players need to pop the Corrupted eggs on the same character. If they do it across multiple characters then the sparrow will not unlock. There are plenty of reports of players that have the triumph for destroying all of the Corrupted eggs but don’t have the sparrow. Bungie is likely investigating the issue and will hopefully have a fix soon.[/i] That was back in October 2018 Still bugged
