Invisibility should have never taken the player off the radar in the first place.
You are already invisible, why do you also need to be off the radar?

Edited by Morbius Sin: 3/30/2022 1:07:10 PMI would agree if Destiny's lame version of invisibility actually made you invisible! These are now the things that happen when you go 'invisible' in Destiny; 1) you can still be seen, unless you're a blind NPC 2) you can be heard, unless you greatly reduce your movement (i agree with this) 3) you now get a radar ping that tells everyone where you are. At this point you have to honestly ask @Bungie,what is the point of even having invisibility inside of PvP because now you have turned a Class Identification Ability into a hindrance & is a self-nerf if used! I think it's long over due but the people who currently make the decisions at Bungie need to retire, hopefully they are with this Sony take over!

I wish hunter mains would stop fabricating this lie that invisibility is not actually invisible because it is. Simply being invisible makes people miss their shots, even if they know you are invisible, and let's you easily sneak up on people who don't have their eyes glued to the radar. That is more than fine, still overpowered imho. Invisibility shouldn't be access to piss easy flanks, running full speed with shotguns.

Invisibility is quite literally useless. Whenver I Play PvP and Hunter using invisibility is sometimes even easier to kill than others, because they'll think that can't be seen. They can. It's easy to see. Dark maps, light maps, I can see them as well as any other guardian, unless they are very good at using it properly. That's a good thing, it shouldn't be a crutch and instead a disorienting maneuver, but usually its bad at that too.

It's not useless, it's still very useful. And even with the nerfs, 90% of hunters are still crutching invisibility in the crucible because invisibility is still very strong. I guarantee, if warlocks could spam invisibility for entire matches, you would sing an entirely different tune. But, whatever, cry your heart out.

Because you they still know where you are
