The simple solution is to add a vote to kick system, no more kicking anyone at any time except maybe in orbit.

I think this would work. Elder Scrolls Online has this feature. Too many times I’ve been in veteran dungeons in that game and there’s always one player who tries kicking a player if they feel they are meeting the requirements or just to be toxic to them. Vote to kick feature comes in handy in these situations when the rest of the group doesn’t want them to be kicked.

A lot more games need vote to kick.
