We are competitive as hell but also tend to give eachother very good tips, so whenever we do dungeons that show us numbers, we always check them, what happened? Did I miss? Weapons? How to improve? All in all i do think some ppl will be toxic yes, but also if the whole team is doing 1 mil+ and 1/2 are doing 100kish then I would ask them what they are using? Missing shots? Ask what they have at their disposal. And so forth. And here is the other thing I've heard "idc i just want the clear" no one wants to carry someone who doesn't care. And lastly ppl can't take criticism. There is a difference between toxic and giving help/tips and some ppl see help and tips as toxic, cause "just lemme use whatever I want" hey use whatever u want as long as I contribute, it's a teamgame everyone needs to contribute *no one wants to carry someone who doesn't care about improving*
