The install issue really does sound like something that you need to troubleshoot with Sony. Worst case, you decide to ask for a refund, which you also need to discuss with Sony.

Edited by TheBigCheese: 3/16/2022 9:24:32 PMwe tried that all the way to a factory reset but the game itself stops downloading and crashes every time it begins the second required downloadable content to run the main game and sony says that just cause they sell the game on their store page, the issues with downloads and contents released are a bungie issue not a sony issue

This might be a reach but, do you (or maybe a friend) have a second PlayStation that [b]can[/b] download the game and then transfer it to another your main PlayStation. I'm not sure exactly how because I'm on Xbox, but could get around the download issue.
