All of the caps make no sense whatsoever. Bungie just like to screw with the players.

Its so you don't hoard ....which we saw many time how it creates issue in the game
-
Bullcrap.
-
that's how economy works ...in game and in real life .... Also you planning on crafting every weapon multiple time? Seriously look at the cost and look the few weapon you will actually want....you dont need that much
-
Found the clown 🤡. You can hold 8000 neutral elements at once. Putting an enhanced perk on a weapon costs 2000 neutral elements. That means if you want 2 enhanced perks, that's 4000. HALF of your resources for ONE gun. Normally it wouldn't be a problem but since you only get 200 for attuning a deepsight weapon and you can only hold a measly 8000, it is a problem.
-
Edited by DarkMoonWolf666: 3/12/2022 7:30:52 AMEnhanced perk are end game stuff aren't meant to be handed out as candy...you can already perfectly craft the weapon it had to have some limitation in some way Its what is called balanced So please keep crying about how you absolutely need to stock pile just because you want Don't call other clown when you are 1 yourself kid Learn about design and balancing ...not just what you want
-
What I want? The amount of people agreeing with this post shows its not about me, but everyone. Also if you had half a brain cell, you'd know it's not "balance", it's Bungie's lazy way of artificially extending gameplay. Instead of allowing you to stockpile resources like any other game does, they limit it to a very small cap and thus, you can only shape and reshape X amount of weapons at once before having to go through a lengthy and tedious grinding process again.
-
Ah yea because that's always a good thing in the forum...not like everyone want everything to be easier and almost free You want higher NF weapon drop rate on hero ?you want raid matchmaking ? You want the chest farm.to comeback? Sorry but having lots of peoples on.your side not really that big of a deal when wanting more and easier stuff
-
Did I ever say easier? Did I ever say I wanted enhanced traits to be handed out like candy? No. I said I want the material cap to either be removed or drastically increased. I'm not even sure where you pulled your assumptions from.
-
Because that way it make it easier to just no brain and stock up...you realized this is why there's a cap right ? Also I'm curious with your previous calculations before while its 100% correct you just miss 1 little detail....you don't do anything in between? These material will go up as you play and get other weapon to put enhanced perk
-
How is removing the cap making things easier? You still have to grind for materials. You still have to hope for deepsight weapons to drop. You still have to grind ascendant alloys and the different elements. Please explain how doing it over time is easier than sitting on multiple deepsight weapons because you're at the cap
-
You literally answered yourself ..... Economy of the material Weapon crafting is already really and give you the roll you want You are complaining about the enhanced perk which are end game.at the same level as adept weapons I already told you about how the economy of this system work and how in between you will still gain the material for your next project
-
??? I never complained about enhanced traits. I am stating how low the material cap is. You clearly don't bother with crafting if you think you can get enough materials between builds.
-
I am...but currently not many decent weapon And not all enhanced perk are really that worth it I wouldn't be against an increased like maybe 10000 for neutral and maybe between 300 to 500 for the rest I don't think having no cap or making it max is the way to go
-
My god. You're just like kellygreen. Simps defending Bungie's decisions to the very end no matter what.
-
And you are like everyone here Complaining and getting mad and calling na!rs peoples that disagree with you Congrats on being on the wrong side 😂 Also learn a thing or 2 about design, balances and economy in game before spewing stuff like you did tonight And on that we came to a conclusion because you failed to actually made a point and decided to to to insult me instead .... If you can't stand peoples with different view or ideas...maybe don't use the forum ✌
-
I like your style of chickening out of an argument. Hundreds of people agree with OP, I also agree with OP. Meaning that my stance is shared with hundreds of other players. You on the other hand... yeah. Maybe you should learn the difference between balance and artificial difficulty.
-
Edited by DarkMoonWolf666: 3/12/2022 10:18:53 AMThat's argument again? In already told you why this meant nothing And once again you haven't made a single good argument all you did is puff your chest and try to look like a big dog while barking And keep in doing the same thing But sure keep being on the complaining side ....the 1 that can't understand balance, economy and what end game is and mean You aren't meant to get everything immediately ....it's the drawback of crafting...while you can get easily the roll you want at 100% material and levels are the drawback from just getting it to drop ...and the enhanced perk is the crafting version of adept weapons See how I'm actually making point and sense? Unlike you that couldn't Weird uh? P.s don't think you meant artificial "dificulty" but artificial time sink....and yea I know the difference and in that case it make sense why they implemented 1

When?

You serious ? Cores and legendary shard economy are in shambles because OG player have 10k+ shard and stacks of cores while new player barely n got any and to buy due you need almost 100 and 400 for the weekly alloy Uncapped material just make the economy for these bad It doesn't even affect me but I'm aware its an issue

By the end of the season a new player that plays regularly will have a few thousand stocked up. Provided they don’t just keep buying alloy (which is a horrible deal tbh). I get what your saying about material economy but I don’t think shards are a good example. Right now I really can’t find much to use shards for so I just have them stocked up.
-
That's because like me you play a lot and for a long time When everything you do cost those you don't really stock pile
-
What are people spending legendary shards on now? I’ve stockpiled mainly because I don’t see much to spend them on tbh.
-
I'm always around 10-12 k Spend on material when its higher than that As for cores I'm at 3 stack of 999 and a 92

How is it stopping hoarding when people can just hoard red boarder guns in their vaults? I literally have almost 50 red boarder guns in my vault rn. There being a cap on crafting mats is just dumb.
-
It’s ridiculously dumb that there are caps especially since if we reshape a gun to go back to the previous perk, we have to pay full price to do so. This is just Bungie adding gameplay time to their game and I feel its pushing more people away than helping
