Can't Locate or Find any Ruinous Effigy, but the Monument won't let me rebuy it
Looking through the Monument to Lost Lights, and I'm trying to get a Ruinous Effigy. It says I have one on my Account already.....yet I check my Vault and found no Ruinous Effigy. None of my other characters have it either and it's not in my mail at all... I don't know what to do.

I checked your accounts, and you have it unlocked in your Collections. You can go there and purchase a copy of it.
