Check you didn't unlock the Triumph for the chest,
After the 3 executioners die, a reveal spot appears and this leads you to the chest you use the Refined Qualichor on, you may have looted that chest

same problem here! i have a regular qualichor in my inventory ad another in my mailbox, but i cant refine it, and fynch wont talk about it nor do anything with it! so now i cant get the other executioners chests! Bungie Please Help!

You can still open chests, but if the quest has been done once, you can't do it again. If you havent completed it, hopefully Bungo will fix it.

I didn’t. I still have to get the Queen’s Bailey chest. But Fynch won’t progress any of my Qualichor and so I don’t even think I can refine anymore of it.

Thats odd, so do you have the quest in your quests tab? With the progress bar? Or is it telling you, you need to talk to Fynch?

It says talk to Fynch. But he won’t say anything.

It won't let you abandon? And unfortunately start again. Definitely sounds bugged, but I did similar things while doing the quest and never ended up with the issue. Wish I had more help to offer, if restarting doesn't fix it then I wish you luck

Yea I tried deleting the Qualichor, but that won’t work and now I have no quest. Idek what’s wrong tbh.
