Same here, my username did not violate any code of conduct or the TOS (name was JROB1569).
So frustrating not only for me, but for my clan mates. I don't know why this occurred automatically without prompt.

Ditto, My user ID was Pooch773. It has been since D1 first released. No COC or TOS violations. There was a thread somewhere that said that names could be edited around the release of WQ. Anyone have any information on that?
