Hey there. The emote, ghost shell and emblem were instant unlocks when you preordered. After release, Rahool hands out the deluxe edition sparrow, could you check with him for that?
Which guns? Osteo Striga's pattern is a campaign completion reward, the ornament shows up after you create the weapon, and the catalyst is earned by levelling the weapon. What else were you expecting to be given?

Same I pre ordered witch queen deluxe with 30th pack showed as owned in my store prior to launch and after launch now is not listed as owned and asking me to purchase, seems like it's a common problem.

I have already checked with him he doesn’t have anything and it doesn’t even show that I own it but when I check my add on it shows the pack is installed

I’m not having a problem with the preorder pack I got the preorder items the items I didn’t get were the deluxe edition items like the season pass the gun and the sparrow. Even though the deluxe pack is installed.

As EckyThump previously mentioned, the Osteo Striga Exotic SMG can be obtained through weapon crafting upon completing the Witch Queen campaign. The sparrow will also be available for pickup from Ikora at the Enclave at the completion of the campaign. In regards to your season passes, did you activate Cross Save at any point after logging in for the first time upon launch of the Witch Queen?

I have already activated cross save a while ago do I have to do it again for this season.
