Allo there,
The system of transferring items can't delete items. Sometimes the items can be stuck in limbo for a short time. Make sure to check the vault but make sure to do it in game. Try logging out and into another character and check again. If still not there wait a while and check all characters and the vault.

Yes, I am aware this is the case. I already relogged and checked all my characters in game and also the vault but don’t see it anywhere. It also stopped showing on the item manager and all other api related sites. I’ll wait and see if it pops back up but haven’t seen anything in the past hour or so. Fingers crossed for tomorrow.

To clarify rather than thinking the item was deleted directly by the api I am more wondering if it somehow got lost along the way when the error occurred.
