Each class has it's own class specific item. Titans have their sash and Hunters have cloaks. That is the way things are If other classes had cloaks Hunters would need a new class item. And before you say anything Salidin came from a time when the current classes did not exist so if he wants to ware a cloak no one will stop him... if they could.
